Sam Stevens is a web developer, marketer and publisher who lives on Denman Island in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. When Sam is not immersed in the wonderful world of the web, you'll find him hiking, chopping wood, listening to a baseball game, or trying to play the Shakuhachi flute.

Sam is originally from Montreal, Quebec, went to public school in Ottawa, Ontario, and high school in Kingston, Ontario. At the age of 16, Sam began playing music professionally, as a rhythm guitarist and vocalist in several popular improvisational rock, funk and progressive jazz groups, and also periodically performed as a solo folkie.

After studying history, religions and philosophy at Queen's University, and surviving the Ice Storm, Sam moved to Courtenay, BC in 1998, then relocated to Denman Island in 1999, where he founded his web development and search marketing consultancy, Stevens Media, and the LeadsLogic publishing network.
